Although every possible
care is taken with your possessions, we do recommend that
you take advantage of our insurance liability policy.
We offer 3 different insurance
policies. Each one provides cover from the moment we are in
receipt of your goods, to the moment we deliver or hand over
to you at the port. In the unlikely event that you need to
make a claim, you then have 60 days in which to notify us,
in writing.
The first policy we offer
is a comprehensive cover, on goods packed by us, for 3% of
your insured value. This covers your possessions for any damage
or loss & theft, to the value indicated on your insurance
proposal form.
The second policy we offer is a comprehensive
cover, on goods packed by owner, for 5% of your insured value. This covers your
possessions for any damage or loss & theft, to the value indicated on your Insurance
proposal form.
The final policy we offer
is for loss & theft only, on goods packed by us or by
owner, for 2.5% of your insured value. This covers your possessions
for any loss or theft, to the value indicated on your insurance
proposal form.
