Q. Will my goods be insured?
A. We can provide full insurance cover for your goods, we have a range of  different policies that you may wish to consider.

Q. Can you provide storage?
A. Yes. We can offer storage in the UK or at destination. We offer 1 months free  storage at our London depot should you need some breathing space.

Q. How will I find out if any of the items I want to send are prohibited?
A. Please contact our office and advise which items you think may be prohibited  and we will advise you.

Q. Are there any restrictions on what I can send, for example, electrical  items, white goods or alchohol / tobacco?
A. Yes in certain countries, please contact us and we will advise you.

Q. When do I pay?
A. We require a deposit of £400.00 prior to the move date. The remainder will  need to be settled prior to shipping.

Q. How can I pay?
A. We accept most forms of payment, debit or credit cards, cheque, bank  transfer or cash. Please note, credit or card transactions carry a 2.5%  surcharge.

Q. Do I pay VAT?
A. Only on moves within the EU.

Q. Can I reclaim VAT on new items I have purchased?
A. Yes, please contact our office for advise.

Q. How much notice do I need to give you?
A. Ideally 2 - 4 weeks for larger moves. For smaller moves try and give at least  1 weeks notice.

Q. Who do I contact at destination?
A. We will provide you with a certificate of shipment which will have the contact  details of our appointed agent, along with other useful information. Our  appointed agent will also make contact once your shipment has left the UK.
